Marketing Strategies

It is our goal to ensure that everyone who has children or who works with children in the greater Gainesville area uses fun4gatorkids.com, and visits the site frequently.  Through marketing efforts the site traffic has doubled each year since its launch. (See website statistics page for more information).

The number one method of marketing the website is through search engine optimization.  Search for ANY phrase containing "Gainesville" and "kids" in Google, and your will see fun4gatorkids.com. come back in the search results - most often in the FIRST position.  In addition, search engines will return results for links on articles on examiner.com or posts on GainesvilleMoms.com both of which link back to fun4gatorkids.com. (See details below.)

Subcribers to the Weekly Events Email receive a weekly email detailing the upcoming week's events. Links to the website are included in the email, and the highest site traffic of the week always occurs on the day the email is sent out. Currently, we have over 3,500 subscribers.

We encourage site visitors to visit the website more often through weekly giveaways, allowing visitors to enter giveaways once a day to increase their odds of winning, (and bringing people back to the website more frequently.)
