BIM Fitness Summer Camp

Summer Camp with Team BIM!Our program will provide strength & conditioning, mobility, agility, bounding, running and sprinting techniques for young athletes and developing adolescents, along with nutrition and recovery tips.

Drinks and snacks are provided.

We’ll have relays and games to help them apply the skills they learn during camp.
All skill levels are welcome to join the fun!
