Recreational “Gym Bugs” – 2.5-4 year old: Gymnasts in our Gym Bugs class are taught gymnastics skills that improve their balance and coordination. They practice their listening skills and taking turns. Obstacle courses and interactive activities keep everyone moving and having fun throughout the class. Saturdays: 9:45-10:45am

Recreational “Rising Stars” - 5+ year old boys and girls: Gymnasts in our Rising Star class learn basic skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Coaches emphasize the importance of stretching, form, and proper technique. This class will accommodate and challenge children with beginner or intermediate gymnastics abilities. Saturdays: 11:00am-12:00pm

Adaptive Class - 3-10 year old boys and girls: Gymnasts in our Adaptive class learn basic skills on the vault, bars, beam and floor in a step-by-step process that meets their individual needs. Each gymnast receives personalized attention and progresses at his or her own pace. Gymnasts are encouraged to try new skills and learn to follow instructions. Coaches focus on improving motor skills and integrate sensory and proprioceptive training. Gymnasts are encouraged to follow instructions and make new friends. Saturdays: 12:30-1:30pm

O2B Kids Gymnastics offers classes for toddlers through 13 year olds.   The youngest students can enjoy a parent and child class where they build basic coordination skills.   In the beginners classes, children learn the basics of gymnastics and / or tumbling.   In more advanced classes, children can refine and further develop the skills they've been introduced to.   See website for more details.

Gym Bus Dance Class: Our curriculum includes all of the basics of ballet and jazz as well as creative movement and rhythm exercises.   Your child will learn pliés, relevés, turns, leaps, and jumps and even some simple dance routines.   The continuous music, games, and rewards make this class as fun as it is educational.

Parents can drop their kids off at Sun Country Sports Center for 2 hours for fun games, gymnastics instructions and open workout time at Gym Jam.  ( Current students can get extra practice time or use gym jam as a makeup class.  ( Future students can try out the gymnastics classes, meet the coaches and learn about the gym.

Rainbow Gymnastics:(Boys and Girls Ages 5 and up)
Our Rainbow Program is for boys and girls ages 5 and up.  This program, written especially for Sun Country, is a positive reward system used to teach gymnastics to children.  All students earn ribbons on each event in the gym.  It is a positive, no-fail system that progresses students through gymnastics, using nine color stages, at their own pace.

GymStars Program:(3.6 years - 5 years)
Children who can separate comfortably from their parent are appropriate for this class.  This is a structured, theme-related gymnastics class with a warm-up, obstacle course, and rotations, providing more advanced gymnastics opportunities.

Sunbursts: Toddlers:(18 months - 2.5 years)
This playful parent/child class is centered on age appropriate development and movement.  An obstacle course is introduced, as well as the use of trampoline, climbing castle, and foam pit.  Songs, music and group activities help to make this parent child class a blast!

Sunbursts: Tumble Tots:(2.6 - 3.5 years)
Still accompanied by a parent, this program introduces the child to a more structured gymnastics class, still providing the freedom a child this age requires.  For these almost independent gymnasts each week provides a different theme that incorporates gymnastics, music, and lots of fun and movement.

Tumblemania is a first class Trampoline & Tumbling and Cheerleading facility in High Springs Florida.  We offer a variety of programs that provide students with the opportunity to participate in the sports of Trampoline & Tumbling and Cheerleading in either a recreational or competitive capacity.  Boys and girls ages 2 and up are welcome to join in the fun!

Mom & Tots: An introductory class for Mom's and tots!  This class is for children ages 2 and 3.  It is a structured class designed to develop beginning skills and interest in Trampoline & Tumbling. \  This class incorporates interactive activities for Mom's and Tot's using music, imaginative play and listening skills.

Pre-School:For ages 3 and 4, this class incorporates music and imaginative play to develop beginning trampoline and tumbling skills.  We work on strength, coordination, balance, social interaction, listening skills and taking turns.

The YMCA gymnastics program is a developmental gymnastics program based on solid fundamentals and progressions. We aim to give every participant a stronger physical self esteem through learning gymnastics in a fun and safe environment.

Pre-School Gymnastics (18 months - 5 years) Preschool gymnastics classes concentrate on introducing various types of body movement through playing and experimenting. Toddlers will work on improving coordination, flexibility, and strength while learning basic gymnastics skills. Parents participate during the Bouncing Babies and Rolling Rascals classes.

Recreational Gymnastics Our all Star Girls’ Program uses the national USAG program routines and skills. Everyone must start in the first of three classes and "pass" each level. At the pass of each level the children will receive a certificate of completion that is needed to sign up for the next progressive level.

Afterschool Gymnastics (K - 5th Grade Girls) Join the Northwood YMCA Afterschool Gymnastics program for another great year of friends, flips and fun! We combine the first-rate afterschool care you have come to expect from the Y, with a strong focus on recreational gymnastics.
