Possum Creek Skate Park: Completed January 2011. The Possum Creek Skatepark is a triangular expanse of unique terrain. The park’s focus on aesthetic symmetry and a diversity of skateable features makes it a one-of-a-kind destination skatepark. This captivating skatepark features modern plaza elements, a traditional multi-level bowl and unique obstacles which allow skaters to transition through the park’s integrated landscaping. These landscaped areas give the skater’s the feeling of a real urban environment, while providing opportunities for eco-friendly stormwater management. With thoughtful consideration for balancing transition and street skating styles, this skatepark’s design accommodates the full spectrum of skaters – from those who are just learning, to those who demand challenging terrain where they can perfect their craft.

Citizens Skate Park: The 3,200 square-foot facility, which is just smaller than a regulation basketball court, features five prefabricated, heavy-duty steel skating fixtures that will not rot or break. The fixtures include a half pipe, a quarter pipe, a launch box, a grind rail and a mini-grind box, all of which sit atop a freshly laid 40-by-80-foot slab of concrete. The facility is enclosed by a fence to help catch runaway skateboards

Gainesville Rock Gym
Rock climbing is a great experience that all ages can enjoy. The most basic thing we offer is a Day Pass with the Gear Rental package. The average time people spend at the gym is 2 to 3 hours, but you can stay ALL DAY if you'd care to. The gear rental package includes everything you need: sticky rubber rock climbing shoes, safety harness, a carabiner and belay device. Wear some comfortable, athletic clothes.
Youth Climbing Team: The team helps kids become better climbers through: Structured Practice; Competition; Sportsmanship; Camaraderie, and FUN. The first night is free so please drop by and meet Coach Marc and the rest of the team.
