AquaMobile Swim School
AquaMobile Swim School is a private swim school that offers high quality swim instruction at our clients homes across Florida. Having lessons taught in a comfortable environment facilitates the learning process and also saves time by having an instructor come to you!

What AquaMobile has to offer:
Convenience and Flexibility: AquaMobile offers clients convenience by providing Swim Instrutors who will teach at our clients homes. Clients no longer need to worry about rounding up the kids to take them to a community pool or getting stuck in traffic. By having an instructor come to you, we aim to save you time and stress. AquaMobile has swim instructors on call during the day, evenings and weekends. Clients are able to choose the number of lessons each week, as well as the timing of lesson, to ensure there are never any conflicts. Our lessons can easily be rescheduled, as long as 24 hours notice is given.

Safety and Trust: Each AquaMobile swim instructor has a minimum of three years experience and has gone through a rigorous training program to earn their Red Cross/Lifesaving Instructor certification, National Lifeguard Service Award and CPR-C and Standard First Aid certification. Additionally, some of our instructors hold advanced instructing qualifications and have formal training as teachers. Each instructor has been carefully screened by the AquaMobile Management team, undergone background checks and is fully insured.

Results: Because AquaMobile offers experts who instruct often on a one-to-one basis or in a small group setting, our clients see results much quicker than with other swim schools. Our results include shorter time to progress through the swim levels, increased confidence in and around the water, safety awareness and improved stroke form, strength, coordination, agility and speed.

Sun Country Splash
PoolOur heated, saline filtered, warm water pool offers all our swimmers optimum water conditions throughout the year.   NO RED EYES, NO IRRITATED SKIN, NO DAMAGED HAIR OR BATHING SUITS EITHER.

Swim Lessons At Sun Country Splash we do not "just give swim lessons". While teaching children to swim is one of our goals, we are steadfast in our commitment to the physical, emotional and psychological enhancement of children.   In addition, we believe that a child’s swim lesson or water orientation requires the involvement and education of the parent or responsible adult who is accompanying the child.   We will communicate with parents the goals, techniques, expectations and risks of the instruction.   Behind every safe child is a vigilant parent!   We offer a positive, happy and secure environment which provides for children’s social, intellectual, physical, and emotional growth. Learning is individualized based on each child’s capabilities.   Here, aquatic safety and aquatic enjoyment can, eventually, become second nature. Our instructors are caring and loving teachers with training and experience in swimming instruction.

Splash Pre-Team offers swimmers who are already able to swim competitive freestyle and backstroke an opportunity to learn and improve all four competitive strokes. Pre-Team workouts will not only give swimmers an oportunity to improve and perfect stroke techniques, but will significantly help improve their endurance, as well. Swimmers completing this class will be able to swim each stroke 150 feet (or two lengths of the 25 yard pool). Water safety skills will also be taught.

Splash Team members should be comfortable in the water and should already have a basic competence in each of the four competitive strokes. Practice time will be devoted to competition strategies including technical instruction (skills and drills), speed and endurance.

YMCA Aquatics

Swim Lessons There is a reason why the YMCA is referred to as America's Favorite Swim Instructor.   In Y classes, not only are you taught in a caring way how to swim, but you also learn about yourself, about safety and rescue skills, and about water activities you can enjoy for a lifetime.   Class size is determined by considering safety factors and participants' ages, making sure classes don't get too big to be comfortable.   The Northwood Family YMCA offers a Parent-Child Aquatic Program which promotes water enrichment and aquatic readiness activities for children from 6 months up to 36 months of age and their parents.   The Preschool Aquatic Program teaches water adjustment and basic swimming skills for children from 3 to 5 years of age.   The Youth Aquatic Program for those ages 6 to 15 is oriented toward student-centered learning.   It is designed to ensure the student's safety, provide the student with regular, progressive success and make the learning process more enjoyable. All programs incorporate a multi-phase learning process with each level progressing to new skills.
